1. Introduction

HTIPS Solutions ("HTIPS", "we", "our", "us") provides custom digital solutions including web applications, automation tools, inventory systems, billing systems, and related software services. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services.

2. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful and authorized purposes. You must not use HTIPS systems to engage in fraud, abuse, or any illegal activities. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, lawful, and up‑to‑date information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Ensure that uploaded documents and data are obtained and used lawfully.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

HTIPS is not responsible for any misuse of the system caused by the user, their staff, or their organization.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all software, source code, designs, graphics, and related materials created by HTIPS remain the intellectual property of HTIPS. Clients are granted a license to use the system as specified in their agreement or contract.

5. System Access & Availability

We aim to provide stable and reliable systems, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, third‑party issues, or unforeseen technical problems.

6. Data Ownership

All personal data and documents uploaded into HTIPS systems remain the property of the user or their organization. HTIPS only processes this data as part of providing the agreed services and does not claim ownership over client data.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

When a client ends their contract or stops using HTIPS services, we will securely delete their personal data from active systems. Backups containing personal data will be purged within a reasonable retention period unless required by law.

After termination and completion of the retention period, HTIPS will not store, keep, or use client data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HTIPS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our systems. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Losses caused by user negligence or misuse.
  • Unauthorized access due to weak passwords or user error.
  • Damages resulting from incorrect data entered by the user.
  • Failures of third‑party services or integrations.

9. Compliance with the Data Privacy Act

HTIPS complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and implements appropriate organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect personal data processed through our systems.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
